Program

At Petit Jean Fiber, we are committed to helping close the Digital Divide and ensuring our customers have access to the high-speed internet and connectivity options we all need in today’s world.

We believe that everyone deserves access to the connection they need.

That’s why we’re pleased to participate in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) to offer a discount on broadband services for qualifying households.

• ACP is a government program that reduces subscribers’ broadband internet service bill.

• The household may obtain ACP support from any participating provider.

• The household may apply the ACP benefit to any broadband service offering at the same terms and conditions available to households not eligible for ACP.

• After 90 days of non-payment, the provider may disconnect the service.

• Subscribers will be subject to the providers’ undiscounted rates and general terms and conditions if the program ends, upon de-enrollment from ACP, or if the subscriber transfers the benefit to another provider but continues to receive service from you.

• Complaints may be filed via the FCC’s Consumer Complaint Center.

Compliance
*ACP benefits are non-transferable and limited to one monthly discount per household. ACP is a federal government benefit program operated by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and upon its conclusion or when a household is no longer eligible, customers will be subject to the provider’s regular rates, terms, and conditions.
